Use of Riddhi Flaker: Flakers (Which also known as cooling drum /drum dryer) are used for solidifying molten material. Design of Riddhi Drum Flaker: i). Cooling drum- Cool it from inside for hot material which can be solidify at outside surface of drum. ii). Heating drum- Heat it from inside for cool material which can be solidify at outside surface of drum. Output obtain from Riddhi Drum Flaker: After processing on flakers, such material can be obtained in form of films or of easily handles flakes which are suitable to further processing of packing into container for transport. Know process of Riddhi Drum Flaker: a). Material Fed in the form of melt is applied as a thin film over the rotating metal cylinder. Cylinder is internally cooled. The melt is solidified to a solid layer on cylinder. Layer is scraped out as flakes. Or b). The hot material is dropped to the cooling drum by means such as direct immersion into a trough or Indirectly using doctor/applicator rolls etc. The molten material is cooled after application on the drum and after a partial revolution. the Cooled and solidified product is removed by scraper blade in the form of flakes of film. A Great advantage of Riddhi Drum Flaker: Flaker is a continuous process equipment. It offer continuous output. The drum of Flaker is specially designed to provide an even cooling effect by having uniform and effective internal distribution. As a result, both high output and homogeneity of the product are possible. Riddhi introduces a simple, compact, versatile and a reliable ampoule washing machine, Model: RDHAVW-340 with the latest GMP demand. The machine is enclosed in S.S Construction with a flexibility to wash 1ml to 25 ml ampoule & 2ml to 100ml vials with the help of suitable change parts. The standard unit is having mechanical motorized cam operated valve system for observing total six washing in one cycle. Alternatively, for demanding customer timer operated solenoid valve system or even a micro processor controlled timer sequences can be in-corporate to enhance and derive the best out of simple unit. PROCESS DESCRIPTION The dump loading procedure may be used, if ampoules are received in ready to dump boxes, which will have exactly into the same number of ampoule and the pitch, as loading tray. Alternatively, each ampoule have to be arranged into the tray. The loading tray & trays are placed directly in to the machine & the handle bar is lowered for ampoule for automatic centering of washing needles in to the ampoule mouths. The top cover is also lowered & switch is operated for automatic sequential washing both from inside & outside of each individual ampoule. The machine will automatically stop after one complete cycle & for removal of tray, reverse procedure is to be observed. Depending on dump loading or individual & operator's efficiency one can derive as high as 30 loading of tray / hour.
